I accidentally booked the wrong room but the staff let me switch to the Shepherd's Hut without a fuss, which was super inviting and cozy. The beautiful garden area and relaxing BBQ facilities made for a great hangout spot after a long day. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! Looking forward to coming back! 😊

The family room offered spacious accommodations, with fine river views allowing for a beautiful sky to be seen from bed. The breakfast options were accommodating, catering to specific dietary needs without compromise on taste.
The en-suite bathroom was notably tiny, which could be a squeeze for larger guests, affecting overall comfort. Sound insulation was lacking, causing occasional disturbances from the room above during the night.

The room was tastefully decorated and well-equipped with separate bathroom and the view was stunningly beautiful. This hotel was located in a remote area right by the bridge, supermarkets, and the town centre of March. Moreover, it was 3 km from Fossils Galore Museum.

I had a tasty and superb breakfast with quality ingredients. The location for March was particularly good and stunning, so close to gorgeous greenery, river at bottom of adjoining camping field and Ely and Peterborough: )

We have stayed here a few times previously and never have any complaints. The apartment is very well stocked with all sorts for a comfortable stay. The staff are always cute and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is lovely and clean.
Our son didn't find the pull-out sofa bed comfortable.

The brekfast was amazin, cooked to order and brought to our room! So much better than buffet. Also loved the nice touch havin a fridge with milk and water in the room. The owners were super friendly and helpful, like they were always happy to help out with anything. Great spot too, quiet but close to the town and a nice part of countryside. The cutlery and plates in the hall were super handy when we got takeout on our second night!

Shepherds hut accommodations, spacious clean facilities, engaging informative local recommendations
Limited parking space can be quite annoying during peak times!!! Privacy concerns with shared spaces detracted from a comfortable experience. Confusion with bathroom arrangements was inconvenient, and I wish for clearer instructions upon arrival!!!

During a four-night group stay, the fresh English breakfast was consistently delivered hot. The comfortable beds and large windows overlooking the campsite provided a pleasant ambiance, while the fridge outside our room allowed easy access to drinks. The super calm place by the river was a highlight, offering kayaking opportunities, despite the campsite being somewhat crowded at times.
